FHA/VA Termite/Wood Destroying Insect Inspections

FHA/VA Termite/Wood Destroying Insect Inspections and Clearance Certificates for Home Closings and Refinance.

When you buy, sell or refinance a home insist on an Official Wood Destroying Insect Report (commonly referred to as a Termite Inspection, Pest Inspection, Real Estate Report or Clearance Letter) provided by a licensed and experienced pest inspector. Only Licensed Pest Control Operator can provide an approved clearance certificate for financing requirements.

(Important Note: A Home Inspectors License does not qualify one to perform this important inspection. Home inspectors are generally not trained in performing pest inspections, the proper identification of pest issues and methods of controlling them.) We are one of the very few licensed home inspectors that are also licensed to perform termite inspections (LPCO #14402).

The Report States:  Whether or not an infestation was found.  What control measures would be required to eradicate the infestation, Did the home have evidence of a previous infestation of termites or other wood destroying insects and other important information. This is an important inspection and should not be taken lightly. The clearance certificate is valid for a period of 90 days after the inspection but can be updated if necessary.

Although all InspectorUSA home inspection clients automatically receive a FHA/VA Termite/Wood Destroying Insect Inspection and Clearance Certificate at no additional cost with their home inspection we also provide them as a standalone service as well at very affordable prices.
